Thank you for shopping at Virelive! We're committed to getting your wellness products to you quickly and safely.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase. Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
SHIPPING METHODS & TIMES
STANDARD SHIPPING (5-7 business days)
- Free on orders over $50
- $4.95 flat rate on orders under $50
EXPEDITED SHIPPING (2-3 business days)
- $12.95 flat rate
- Available at checkout
Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We currently ship to all 50 US states.
We do not ship to:
- PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses
- International addresses (coming soon!)
FREE SHIPPING
Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $50 to addresses in the continental United States.
Free shipping does not apply to:
- Alaska or Hawaii (standard rates apply)
- Expedited shipping options
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Track your order anytime:
1. Use the "Track Your Order" link in the navigation menu
2. Click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
3. Visit the carrier's website with your tracking number
SHIPPING CARRIERS
We ship via:
- USPS (US Postal Service)
- UPS
- FedEx
We select the carrier based on your location and shipping method to ensure fast, reliable delivery.
ADDRESS VERIFICATION
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before completing checkout.
We cannot modify or change addresses after an order is placed. If you need to update your address, please contact us immediately at support@virelive.com - we'll do our best to help if your order hasn't shipped yet.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your package is delayed:
- Check the tracking information for updates
- Contact the carrier directly for status
- Allow 1-2 extra days beyond estimated delivery
If your package is lost:
- Contact us at support@virelive.com within 48 hours of expected delivery
- We'll file a claim with the carrier
- We'll send a replacement or issue a refund once the claim is approved
DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the damage (box and product)
- Do not discard packaging
- Contact us at support@virelive.com within 48 hours
- We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund
REFUSED OR RETURNED PACKAGES
If you refuse delivery or a package is returned to us:
- Return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Processing fees may apply
WEATHER AND CARRIER DELAYS
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Extreme weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Carrier disruptions
- Holidays or peak shipping seasons
