At Virelive, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Return Window: 30 days from delivery date
Condition: Products must be unopened and sealed in original packaging
Refund Method: Original payment method within 5-7 business days
Due to health and safety regulations, we can only accept returns of unopened and sealed supplement products. This policy protects the integrity and safety of our products.
HOW TO RETURN
1. Contact us at support@virelive.com within 30 days of delivery
2. Include your order number and reason for return
3. We'll provide return shipping instructions
4. Ship the unopened product back to us
5. Refund processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
For damaged or defective products, we will provide a prepaid return label.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Opened or used supplements
- Products without original seals
- Items returned after 30 days
- Products not in original packaging
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us immediately at support@virelive.com
- Include photos of the damage
- We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund (your choice)
- No need to return damaged items
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven't received your refund within 7 business days:
1. Check your bank account again
2. Contact your credit card company (processing can take time)
3. Contact your bank
4. If still not resolved, email us at support@virelive.com
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the product you'd like instead.
